Bristlecone offers spacious living area, stone fireplaces, lodge style comfort, some with beautiful views. Bristlecone Condominiums are located in lower Deer Valley Resort, a short shuttle ride to the slopes. Each condominium has rustic mountain furnishings, a private outdoor hot tub and views of lower Deer Valley Resort.

Enjoy the comforts of the Black Diamond Lodge, located directly beside Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort. This premier condominium property offers dramatic views of the surrounding peaks and ski trails. Among other amenities these units include a front desk on the premises, underground parking, skier lounge, skier locker room and red oak floor coverings that evoke the ambiance of a custom mountain home.

The Foxglove Townhomes are located on the free shuttle route, less than a mile from the Snow Park base area of Deer Valley Resort. Each townhome includes a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and a private garage. Most will have a private outdoor hot tub.

Whether you’d like to stay in at night and cook in the gourmet kitchen or dine in one of the many fine restaurants on Main Street in Historic Old Town or Deer Valley itself, this Pinnacle Condo is in the perfect location. A free shuttle drives by throughout the day to take you to and from the Snowpark Lodge, where the kids can take group ski lessons, or go to the childcare. This stellar location is also just a short drive to the Park City Mountain Resort or The Canyons, if members of the family are snow boarders. The free bus to other resorts and all things Park City is also a short walk away on Deer Valley Drive.

La Maconnerie is a small subdivision of luxury townhomes in the Lower Deer Valley resort area. They are located slope side, just above the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, with ski-in/out access to the Success ski run and great views of the ski runs at Deer Valley. These are highly sought after vacation rentals with tons of space and high-end finishes. Townhomes include private outdoor hot tubs, 2-car garages and laundry facilities. There is also a summer season pool for the complex.

Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, the Glenfiddich condominiums are in an extremely convenient location, with easy access to the free bus and close to Park City's Main Street where the highest concentration of restaurants and shopping are located.

The Double Eagle Townhomes sit slope-side in the Silver Lake area at Deer Valley Resort, providing ski-in ski-out access and stunning mountain views. The Silver Lake Village, three blocks away, is situated around a day lodge, après ski bar and popular ski beach, and is a hub of fine dining, shopping and entertainment. During the summer months, Double Eagle’s location gives you direct access to hiking, mountain biking and scenic chairlift rides. Park City’s historic Main Street is less than three miles away.
