How it works
OUR TRIP-PLANNING PROCESS
For 50+ years, Ski.com has been the most trusted name in ski vacation planning. Build your own ski trip using our online platform — choose your lodging, lift tickets, transfers and rentals all in one place.
Or, skip the research and work with one of our Mountain Travel Experts at no extra cost. They know every resort inside and out, will find the best rates for your budget and are with you before, during and after your trip. No hidden fees. Just the best ski vacation for your money. All with a trusted travel expert by your side.
Step 1: Tell Us About Your Dream Trip
Your dream ski trip is just a conversation away. Connect with one of our 65+ Mountain Travel Experts by phone, chat, video call or through our trip-planning form. Share a few basics, and we'll handle the rest — including helping you pick the perfect destination.
Step 2: Get Matched With a Mountain Travel Expert
Work one-on-one with a real Expert who has skied the runs and visited the resorts. They’ll design a fully personalized trip that includes everything from lodging to lift tickets, rentals, flights, transfers, lessons, activities and more, making sure your trip is exactly what you’re looking for.
Step 3: Review Your Custom Travel Itinerary
Think of your proposal as a starting point, not a final answer. Your Expert will help refine every detail — swap lodging, a different destination, whatever it takes to get it just right. When you’re ready, lock it in with a deposit or through Affirm, for flexible payment options.
Step 4: Time to Hit the Mountain — We’ve Got You Covered
Your Expert isn't just there for planning, they're with you before, during and after your trip. From flight delays to on-mountain hiccups, your dedicated Expert handles everything quickly and seamlessly, so you can focus on skiing, fun and making memories.

Teddy worked with me and he was so patient and incredibly helpful. He offered numerous suggestions and asked lots of questions to narrow down options that would make our trip great. I got a great deal and an excellent location based on what would work best for different ability levels and desires on our ski trip.

My Mountain Travel Consultant is Shanon Jenson, and she is fantastic! She knows all the ins and outs, is super engaging and she’s a great communicator. I wish I met her years ago, we could have had such better ski/winter vacations!!
