1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

The Motherlode condos are located on Park Avenue, one block from Main Street and two blocks from the Town Lift plaza. These cozy condos feature a full kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. They also have access to a ski locker, shared laundry room and underground parking for one vehicle.
