    As a popular destination for slick, young freestylers and snowboarders, you can bet that Mammoth’s nightlife packs a lively punch. Mammoth nightlife varies from popular brewpubs to live music hotspots. There are also plenty of opportunities for a quiet cocktails or relaxing fireside with a bottle of wine and some good friends, too.

    Mammoth Bars

    If you’re looking to blend into the Mammoth bar scene, stop in at Whiskey Creek Mountain Bistro, located across from the Village, and sip on some local Mammoth Brewing Company drafts and jam out to some live music.  The Clocktower Cellar Pub is a longtime locals favorite and is ideal option if you’re looking for a casual game of pool and a wide selection of beers. If tropical drinks and hula dancing sound like an evening up your alley, head to Mammoth’s tiki bar, Lakanuki. If you’re looking for a nightcap, the Westin’s Whitebark Bar and Lounge, Petra’s Wine Bar or Side Door Cafe is a great place to share tales from the day’s adventures and enjoy over a nice vintage.

    Mammoth Après

    With four base villages lodges to choose from and lively Mammoth Lakes, your pretty much guaranteed and exceptional après-ski experience on a Mammoth ski vacation. You have your pick of a relaxing, sun-basked cocktail or an afternoon dance party. It’s all yours for the taking. For a traditional European après-ski affair head to Yodler Restaurant and Bar across from the Main Lodge, which serves up hearty post-skiing fare and traditional alpine libations. If you’re on the hunt for classic bar food (at an affordable rate) paired with classic rock, then Tusks Bar in the Main Lodge is where you want to be. If live reggae is more your thing, then Grizzly Bar in Canyon Lodge will do the trick. Keep in mind these are just a few examples of the Mammoth après-ski scene, the options are quite extensive and will cater to just about every preference and budget.
