Situated in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains, Jay Peak is renowned for its abundant natural snow, impressive vertical drop, world-class snow-making infrastructure and well-varied terrain. The resort offers 78 trails spread across 385 acres, and accessible via nine lifts.
Jay Peak offers a large variety of ski in ski out accommodations at the base of the resort, including full-service hotel facilities.

Skiers and snowboarders can explore more than 2,100 vertical feet of steeps, glades and groomers. About 24 acres of Jay Peak's terrain is off-piste tree skiing. Of all New England resorts, Jay Peak reports the most amount of snow. In 2007-08, Jay Peak reported 423 inches of snowfall.
Recent upgrades and improvements include an inclosed beginners lift, parking garage, indoor ice arena and scannable RFID ticketing technology.
