Surprisingly newly renovated and top notch.
Rooms very new and comfortable. Our rooms were street side and on the top floor, but the street noises are a bother because of college town reveling. We would request rooms on back side of hotel. Common areas very comfortable. the spa was one of the nicest and most complete that I have ever seen. Restaurant was everything it should be and the food was a notch higher than I expected, and I had high expectations. I have stayed in 3 other hotels in the area in past years, and this is the one I will repeat.
