We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition strategy, campaign execution, measurement and optimization across our brands. This role is ideal for a highly analytical marketer who thrives on testing, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
You'll lead paid media performance across multiple channels, helping drive qualified leads, bookings and revenue while continuously improving campaign effectiveness through testing, reporting and optimization.
What You'll Do
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and emerging channels.
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies and optimization.
- Continuously A/B test audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages, offers and campaign structures.
- Build seasonal campaigns aligned with resort partners and key promotions, forecasting spend against booking seasonality and demand windows.
- Monitor performance and make recommendations to improve lead quality, bookings and return on ad spend.
- Work with creative and content teams to identify high-performing messaging and ad concepts.
Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
- Manage and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion API and other tracking systems.
- Ensure accurate implementation of UTM structures and campaign tracking standards.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality and revenue.
- Partner with creative, content and sales teams to identify friction points in booking funnels and customer journeys.
- Help improve attribution, tracking accuracy and performance measurement across marketing channels.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience managing paid search, paid social, display or programmatic campaigns.
- Proven success managing multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Deep experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads or Reddit Ads is a plus.
- Strong experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and reporting tools.
- Understanding of attribution, audience targeting and campaign measurement best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience executing A/B testing and optimization programs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and offline conversion tracking.
- Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
- Basic creative skills or experience providing creative direction.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000-$100,000 plus an annual performance bonus.
