The Gold Camp II Condominiums are an economical choice, about a half mile from the Peak 8 Ski Area Base. It’s just a short walk to where the free shuttle bus picks up and will whisk you to either to the slopes or town. The complex has a shared hot tub and sauna for your enjoyment as well.

Tannenbaum Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. For skiers you can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes.
