The Chamonix Dream Job To-Do List Is Mythical

Ever since Greg Stump released his ski movie masterpiece, The Blizzard of Aahhhs in 1988, Chamonix, France has evolved into a proving ground for the most dedicated skiers and riders.

The feature length ski film showed the likes of Scot Schmidt, Mike Hattrup, and the inimitable Glen Plake skiing some of the steepest runs ever caught on camera. North American skiers watched in awe as the three Hall of Fame skiers executed turns on slopes that ranged between 45-60 degrees. Overnight, the movie vaulted Chamonix into mythical status.
