You will adore this stunning 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome, centrally located in downtown Ketchum. Beautifully styled with tasteful furnishings, a modern kitchen, and unique dining area, this home is great for entertaining and gathering the whole crew. Sitting at the base of Bald Mountain, the views from this townhome are unmatched, and guests can soak in these incredible views from a comfortable balcony accessible from the living room. Located close to downtown Ketchum, this 2-story A-Frame style cottage will sleep up to 6 guests. This cottage has so much to offer. Private hot tub, fenced yard, walking distance to shopping and dining, and is pet friendly. On the main level is a great room with a gas fireplace and sitting area and dining table that seats 6. There is access to the backyard and patio area with a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the counter. One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and combination shower/tub. There is a stack washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom.

Comfortable and affordable, the Atelier Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, across the street from Sun Valley Lake. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

The Ski View Townhomes feature three levels of living space, with private decks, a gas or wood-burning fireplace, and washer/dryer. Ski View is located along Trail Creek, five blocks from the River Run chairlift and two blocks from downtown Ketchum. Transportation to the slopes and around town is provided by a free town shuttle, which stops at Sockeye Square, next to the Ski View complex. Ski View amenities include wireless internet, a private two-car garage, and a common area hot tub.
