Willow Road 2 is a fantastic family home in beautiful Lane Ranch, Sun Valley, Idaho. This well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideal for families or a group of friends. Sitting on just under three-quarters of an acre, Willow Road 2 features a family room with surround-sound and a spacious great room with a large kitchen -- perfect features for entertaining. This home is all on one level except for one bedroom upstairs. Three bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bath. Guests have access to the private garage for one vehicle. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the luxury ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

With a location you can't improve on, right in the heart of Sun Valley Village, the Eccles Cottage has five bedrooms with nine beds total (one king and eight twins). Overlooking Sun Valley Lake, this spacious house has a cozy wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a dining room with a table that seats 10. Walk outside to the deck and you can take in the view of the lake while grilling on the barbecue. This home comes with a convenient washer and dryer.

The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. There is a year-round community outdoor hot tub. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort.
