The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. The Colonnade condos offer a seamless blend of sophistication and elegance with a panoramic view of Bald Mountain. Condos feature an open floor plan with a fireplace, washer/dryer, air-conditioning, and a heated one-car garage. Located right in the heart of downtown Ketchum, you really won’t need a car on this vacation.

The condos offer all of the basics for a winter stay. Singles or couples will find it very convenient and cozy. Snowrun offers partial views of Bald Mountain ski runs located on Jane Lane. The free KART bus service stops just a few blocks away and provides service to all areas of the resort. Greyhawk and Challenger ski lifts are only 2 blocks away and the Warm Springs golf course and tennis courts are just a mile toward the town of Ketchum.

Located in charming Elkhorn Village, close to the Elkhorn Golf Course, Sunburst condos each have a full kitchen, fireplace and living area. The complex features a year-round hot tub and nice views of the surrounding mountains. Sun Valley is known for its world-class skiing in winter and spring. Summer and fall also offer tremendous varied activities for outdoor mountain enthusiasts. The free shuttle bus stops nearby and provides transportation to the ski lifts, Sun Valley Village and downtown Ketchum.

The SnowStar Condominiums are located about 3 blocks from the River Run lifts and 6 blocks from downtown Ketchum’s dining, shopping and art galleries, making it the perfect Sun Valley headquarters for all of your adventures. Despite its proximity to town, wildlife can be seen everywhere from these condos - including the occasional deer, elk, or moose that meander by in the early mornings. Condominiums include a fireplace, private balcony and washer/dryer. Townsend Lodge (112 Garnet) is on a quiet street in old Ketchum. This wonderful 2,200 square foot log home, which looks out on a large open field, offers spectacular views of Mount Baldy - Ketchum’s main ski area. The great room is a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room table for 8 and a small library/sitting area. The two master bedrooms each have king beds and their own baths. French doors open out to a deck to the backyard and a spacious slate-lined hot tub. Down the hall, there is an additional queen bedroom and an Adirondack style bunk room which comfortably sleeps 4. Both bedrooms share a hallway bath close by. Amenities include a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, 4 televisions (one 40” high definition flat screen,) 2 DVD players, CD player with iPod dock, Sony Playstation 2, and a gas grill.

If you want affordable accommodations in a great location this is it! Trail View West Condominiums offer one of the most convenient locations in the entire Sun Valley area. Very easy access to skiing, town, biking, fishing and all that this town has to offer. Located in west Ketchum, an easy walk to lifts, shops, restaurants and shopping.

Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.
