The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

Newly constructed and located just a short walk from the heart of Steamboat Village, Sunshine Peak Chalet offers a premiere location with all the comforts and privacy of home. The intimate great room allows you to gather around the fire and relax while taking in stunning mountain views. The spacious and open floor plan connects the living spaces with the kitchen and dining areas to let everyone spread out but stay connected with the whole group. In the gourmet kitchen you’ll find everything you need to craft a delicious home-cooked meal. Granite counters offer ample workspace, all appliances are professional-grade and the large center island provides seating for four. The adjoining dining area seats ten for larger family meals. Sunshine Peak Chalet offers four bedrooms with a variety of bedding options to sleep up to 13 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with dual vanities. The guest master, also with private bath, offers a queen bed. A third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds while the fourth offers the option of a king or two twin beds. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress and an optional roll-away twin bed is available upon request. The hot tub on the upper rear deck is the ideal place to soak away after your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie, or play games on the Wii in the media room with Smart TVs. The in-home Sonos audio system provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an iPhone or iPad throughout. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

With large windows, an open floor plan and high ceilings, Wildhorse Chalet is a comfortable retreat for one or two families after a day's adventures on the mountain. It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes. In addition, you can take advantage of all the amenities next door at Trailhead Lodge. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, both with access to the full bathroom in the hallway.
