Beautiful apartment in fantastic location

Ricky & Paige at the main office were very friendly & helpful. The apartment is really modern & nice, however, shades would be appreciated in the LR & kitchen. I loved the fireplace & you just can't beat the location, it's near everything & 3 min walk to town lift. My only recommendation would to have a better users guide in the unit listing information: where liquor store is, market, bus station, how to get to Deer Valley, etc. And this isn't something that can be controlled by the unit, but the sewer directly in front of the unit had a HORRIBLE smell coming from it the entire time we were, might want to talk to the city about it.
