Aspen, Colo. – February 14, 2014 – Ski.com today announced that Dan Sherman has been named vice president, marketing. In his new position, Sherman will continue to oversee Ski.com’s public relations and marketing efforts, including digital, SEM, SEO, email, social, branding and co-op. Sherman joined Ski.com as director of marketing communications in 2006 and has served as managing director of marketing for the past three years.

Sherman came to Ski.com after working at the Chicago headquarters of Edelman, the world’s largest public relations firm. At Edelman, Sherman worked on a variety of brands, including Expedia, Norwegian Cruise Line, Microsoft, Pinehurst, Butterball, Ski.com and AXE. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Connecticut.
