The warm and welcoming great room sits at the heart of the home and enjoys wooded and mountain views through the expansive windows, under a vaulted ceiling with a gas-burning fireplace and beautiful rock hearth. The chefs of the group will be delighted with the well-appointed kitchen offering a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops, and island seating. An adjacent breakfast nook with large windows and mountain views is a perfect place to sip your coffee while planning the day’s exciting adventures. The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub. Just off the kitchen and great room is the dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10 to 12. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island and breakfast nook – perfect for the kids. The main level is also host to one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mudroom, offering storage for all your cold-weather gear plus the washer and dryer and large sink. Finally, a private office is situated in the front corner of the home, beside the front door, and offers a bright and quiet place to tend to any work while on vacation. Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
