The Chilean ski resort of Valle Nevado recently announced they’ll be opening one month early due to “abundant pre-season snow.” Over the past two weeks, the Andes received several bountiful snow storms. The resort’s lifts, restaurants, rentals and retail shops will open the resort to skiers and riders this Saturday, May 27, and the formal hotel complex opening will take place on June 23—the original opening date.
