This week, Ski.com Dream Job hires and Brooklyn natives, Kris Roller and Alex Broadstock will make the 6k+ mile trek from New York City to Sapporo, Japan for a week full of deep snow and diverse cultural experiences.
Like any ski trip to Japan, the itinerary is far from limited to on-mountain activities. Each day, these two will get to wake up to fresh snow, revel in geothermal fed onsens, eat some of the best sushi in the world, and partake in cultural events such as a traditional tea ceremony. Between those itinerary items, Kris and Alex will be busy tracking out as much of Niseko‘s trademark Japow as humanely possible.

One week in the mountains was exactly what we needed. An escape from our busy worlds and some much needed fresh air. We covered a lot of ground on this trip, reaching into Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Italy. I wanted to tell a story with this video, but it ended up being just a visual representation of how we felt, constantly chasing the light and looking for that perfect shot. @mikevisuals
