US travelers to Canada must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours prior to arrival as well as proof of vaccination. Accepted COVID-19 vaccines include Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson. Due to concerns surrounding the spread of the Delta Variant, random travelers will also be subject to a mandatory post-arrival COVID-19 test. In terms of other international travelers, Canada hopes to open its border to vaccinated nationals from other countries by September 9th.
