very satisfiedRooms were pretty decent size. Modestly furnished by North American expecations, but well furnished by South American. I really enjoyed my stay here. Great setting, comfortable accomodations.
4 nights stay, ski in and ski outIn addition to the few things already mentioned above, this hotel is lovely and more deluxe than expected. The staff were kind and courteous. There was a "ski room" where our equipment was kept. At the end of the day, my after ski boots were waiting for me and the gentlemen was waiting promptly to take my skis. The restaurants were nice and had plenty to choose from. There were a few occasions where we waited quite a while to be served or acknowledged but we took it in stride. Very few if any Americans at this resort. The lifts were adequate. No lines and pleasant staff working the lifts. There was a gondola but it didn't take you too far up the mountain so we rarely used it. Lots of "tele lifts" or "pomo" lifts. A challenge if you ride. They could use a few more express chairs! (there was only 1). I guess we are spoiled in the states. The Andes are incredible and all avid skiers should experience skiing in Chile.
