Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans.
Your Ski Package may have a payment schedule where a deposit is taken by the hotel and the remaining balance is collected at a future date. You will be able to see your payment schedule on the bottom right of the Itinerary page before check out.
Occasionally, the hotel will fail to update their Payment Policy with us, resulting in the discrepancy that may be present on your bank statement.
Please reach out to the hotel directly or contact us with a screenshot of your charge if you believe you were incorrectly charged and we can look into it for you.
