Group Sales Manager
Position Summary:
Ski.com is looking for experienced Group Sales Managers to customize and book winter and summer mountain vacation packages to over 120 destinations worldwide. This role requires strong sales skills—both verbal (phone) and written—as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with ski group leaders and planners from social organizations.
- Prospect corporate group opportunities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assess group needs and budgets to create customized vacation package quotes.
- Follow up with group leaders to address questions and ensure all needs are met.
- Confirm and book complete vacation packages for groups of all sizes.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales and vacation process.
- Prospect new business opportunities by leveraging Ski.com’s extensive experience, inventory, and proprietary group booking software.
- Participate in ongoing sales, destination, and product training.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of sales experience required; hospitality and/or travel industry experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and phone skills to drive productivity.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level professional customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
