Over the weekend, Olympic ski-jumping veteran Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards proved to the world that he can still fly with the best of them. Almost three decades after his famous debut at the 1988 Calgary Olympics, Eddie landed the 18, 38, and 70 meter jumps, receiving raucous applause, at a reunion event at the Calgary Olympic grounds, according CBC News.
