The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. There is a year-round community outdoor hot tub. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort.

The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. Just minutes away from downtown Ketchum, these condos are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area. These units sit in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. The Lodge Apartments are immediately adjacent to the Sun Valley Lodge, affording easy access to the many amenities of Sun Valley Village. The celebrated Sun Valley Ice Rink is less than a block away.

Comfortable and affordable, the Atelier Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, across the street from Sun Valley Lake. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

Lodge Two condos offer the luxury of Sun Valley Lodge amenities combined with the coziness of a condo. These deluxe condos are a ten-minute walk from all that the village has to offer, including dining and shopping options. Ski View is located along Trail Creek, five blocks from the River Run chairlift and two blocks from downtown Ketchum. Transportation to the slopes and around town is provided by a free town shuttle, which stops at Sockeye Square, next to the Ski View complex.
