Modern and stylish, this new build has clean lines and an upscale feel with comfortable furnishings and touches to make it warm and inviting. Access your own private hot tub and sitting area on the back patio and relax and soak under the stars after a long day of adventure. A spacious great room on the upper level features a gas fireplace, cozy couches and large windows bringing in plenty of natural light and views straight up the ski mountain.

Elk Run Townhomes are ideal for family and friends looking for a quiet setting and large living space. It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. The lower level has a king bedroom with private bath and two king bedrooms that share a bath. On the upper level is another king with shared bath and a bunk room that has two sets of bunks and two trundle beds to sleep up to 6 guests – ideal for kids. The rec room provides an additional living area with a 42” TV, Wii video games system, and a foosball table. The outdoor hot tub allows you to relax and soak away the stresses of a day on the mountain. Winter Castle offers covered parking although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

Each townhome has over 2,100 square feet of space to spread out and relax in. Included are a private deck, in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, wireless internet, and private garage. Waterford provides a winter season shuttle to the ski area.

Conveniently located just minutes from both the ski area and historic downtown, Uptown House is a new-build, three-level townhome that melds mountain touches with modern design. It’s the perfect home base for a family or group getaway. The main living space is where natural light pours into the open kitchen, great room and dining area. The galley kitchen has a large island with plenty of prep space and bar seating. A towering, sleek gas fireplace is the focal point of the great room. And the space expands to the outside with a spacious deck featuring a firepit and plenty of outdoor seating.

Every bedroom even has its very own private bathroom, and most of our units feature 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable dining room. The main level has all you need with a spacious Great Room featuring a lovely living room with a gas fireplace, deck with mountain views, dining area and table with seating for 6, plus breakfast bar seating for 4, and an open with a walk-in pantry where you can stock your supplies for your stay! For added convenience, this level has air conditioning and a powder room. On the ground level of this beautiful townhome is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the heated garage for ski storage. On the third level of the home, you will find the master bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet.
