Greyhawk condominiums are centrally located just 1/2 mile from Deer Valley Resort and are on the free shuttle route. Enjoy a beautiful condominium located on Deer Valley Drive at the entrance to Deer Valley Resort and within a short half mile walking distance to Park City’s historic Main Street with its many shops, clubs, and over 100 restaurants. Some of the amenities include TV/DVD Player, Full Kitchen, Fireplace, Elevator and Garage. Most will also offer a private hot tub.

Providing convenient access to Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village, the elegant Chateaux Deer Valley sits just across the street from the mid-mountain hub. Guests will enjoy taking in the warm Wasatch sun and views of the slopes from the Chateaux Deer Valley’s heated outdoor pool and hot tub. This Forbes Four Star condominium resort offers superb service and many onsite amenities, including a ski shop, ski storage, shuttle rides, relaxing treatments and services at Le Spa, steam room/sauna, fitness facilities and a restaurant and bar adjacent to the comfortable fireplace seating area in the lobby. The Boulder Creek Condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with easy access to the free bus. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Main Street are both a quick two minute bus ride away. This recently redecorated and upgraded condo is very spacious, approximately 1700 square feet, with log and wood trim throughout with an abundance of natural light. Boulder Creek is three levels: the master bedroom suite is upstairs, the kitchen, living room, dining area and the second bedroom are on the main level, and the third bedroom is downstairs. The private, outdoor hot tub is located on the deck nestled against the wooded hillside, accessed through the master bedroom. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, 42" flat-screen HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, a full size sofa sleeper and adjoins the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen contains brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile flooring. There is also a gas BBQ grill on deck off dining room. The dining room has seating for six people with three barstools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings with a fan, flat-screen TV and a spacious bathroom outside bedroom door with a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin daybed, flat-screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin bed and an adjoining bathroom. Other amenities include a hot tub for winter use only, a brand new washer and dryer, an attached garage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Located mid-mountain in Silver Lake Village, Black Bear Lodge is just a short walk to Sterling Express chairlift and Silver Lake Lodge. Guests may enjoy a common area; outdoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness room and grill. Complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers access to the resort and Park City’s Historic Main Street.

With a great location in Empire Pass, The Flagstaff properties features truly panoramic views of Empire Canyon, Jupiter Peak and beyond. This Flagstaff unit in particular has been finished with an upscale vacationer in mind. Interested in ski in/ski out convenience? Flagstaff offers direct ski access right outside the door via the Silver Strike Express chair lift. In the summer there are great hiking and biking trails, like Shenanigan’s, to see breathtaking views, Aspen groves and wildflowers. The Abode at Flagstaff has especially discriminating interiors utilizing the finest stone and most beautiful touches at every turn. The master bathroom boasts spectacular spa amenities such as heated floors and a fireplace at the foot of the tub.
