Muscatel Flats Condominiums perch on the banks of the San Miguel River, across from the Telluride Town Park. Winter in Town Park offers ice-skating at the Hanley Rink, sledding, and Nordic skiing. The shared decks on the southeast side of Muscatel Flats lead to a common hot tub overlooking the Hobgood Wetlands and river overlook. From Muscatel Flats, the Gondola is a 4-block walk, or pick up the free in-town Galloping Goose shuttle at the corner and ride it around to the lifts. The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

Ajax Peak Unit C is a thoughtfully laid out and quality built condominium in a great location directly on a Colorado Avenue south-facing corner as you enter the Historic Landmark District of Telluride. It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on three levels, providing privacy for each of the bedrooms. The great room, dining and kitchen area have a gas fireplace, slate floors and an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with wooden trusses and views to the west, north and east providing great light throughout the day. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully outfitted for gourmet cooking. Off the great room to the west is a large deck for relaxing in the western sun with a gas grill.

T'Ride and True on Main is a beautiful vacation rental in the Historic downtown district of Telluride, Colorado. The house is darling and edgy home and exudes funky mountain fun for the whole family. This five-bedroom home is full of spunk and sophistication with an open floor plan between the kitchen with a handy large granite top island to the sleek glass dining table to the happening living room with a special urban fireplace. Plus, there is a large deck to the side of the kitchen and a smaller one in the front of the house, and a larger lower patio holding the hot tub- all to take in the town vibe.

The Lorian complex is comprised of multi-level condominiums that have incredible views of the San Sofia Ridge and Sneffels mountain range, or the expansive Wilson Mesa vista. Located just above Mountain Village Boulevard on San Joaquin Road in Mountain Village, there is easy on-grade ski access to the Double Cabins ski run, literally across the street. It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a year-round outdoor hot tub, a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.
