Offering scenic views, high-end finishes and a slope side location, the Element 52 residences offer the best in luxury and convenience. Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen feature big, sunny views of the ski area and a south-facing deck with a gas grill. The great room is perfect for entertaining large groups. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. The spacious master suite features a California king bed. The family room is downstairs and has a second kitchen, dining area and 2 TVs. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.

The Valley Floor is Telluride's most pristine area, forever protected from development. This area features wildlife throughout the year and you will often see elk, hawks and coyotes from the home. The Valley Floor has nice hiking and biking opportunities as well as SUP'ing the river. There are also groomed cross country skiing tracks in the winter season. You are just a 5-minute drive to downtown Telluride and skiing - or a 10-minute bike ride along the bike path. This home is also on the free Galloping Goose shuttle route.

Set in the Blue Mesa Lodge in Mountain Village, you'll be near delicious dining options and unique mountain shops. You'll be steps away from Chairs 1 and 4, the main ticketing office, the Ski & Snowboard School, and the gondola that takes you to Mountain Village Town Hall Plaza and Telluride. Also, the Galloping Goose stops right in front of the lodge, and Mountain Village has the Dial-a-Ride option, making it easy for you to get where you need to go without a vehicle. Store your gear in the ski locker on the ground floor and your bikes on the rack in the garage. This simple yet charming corner studio welcomes you in with a functional style.
