This home features an in-wall oxygen system, delivering fresh O2 to two hoses in the living room and two hoses in each of the bedrooms. Perfect for preventing altitude sickness for those guests coming from lower elevations. Between the main and guest house, there are eight bedrooms for ample sleeping arrangements and utmost privacy. In the main house there are six bedrooms on various levels. The bunk room downstairs is the den for kids to hide away and play. Over in the guest house, there are two more bedrooms and a unique lofted space with a playful ladder to climb. Plus, there is a romantic cedar hot tub just off the main bedroom. 445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen feature big, sunny views of the ski area and a south-facing deck with a gas grill. The great room is perfect for entertaining large groups. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. The spacious master suite features a California king bed. The family room is downstairs and has a second kitchen, dining area and 2 TVs. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.
