Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Step into this five level, 5-bedroom, 6.5 bath Le Praz town home and experience one of Telluride's most luxurious rental properties. On the lowest level of the property (level one) is the movie theater, kids’ bunk room and ski storage room. The movie theater seats up to 12 guests and has a selection of over 100 movies. The kids’ bunk room has two sets of bunk beds, with a three quarter bath in the hallway. Level two contains a king guest suite with private bath, a laundry room, and access to the garage where there is parking for one vehicle. Level three features the main living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and huge windows with magnificent views toward a beginner ski run. The dining table seats ten and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. There is also a half bath on this level, as well as a king guest suite with private bath. The VIP suite occupies the entire fourth floor of the residence. It has two full-sized beds and a large private bath. The top level of the town home, level five, features the deluxe master suite with a king sized bed, a small Juliette balcony, and master bath with steam shower and separate tub. A private outdoor hot tub on level two completes this luxury residence.

The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away! Located on a secluded mountain lane, Country Club Estate will provide complete privacy and extraordinary views of Mount Wilson and the golf course, while also allowing for effortless ski-in, ski-out access, and perfect proximity to the Village Core. The living area is split into several different areas for relaxing and unwinding. In one area, a roaring fireplace warms the two leather sofas that face one another- perfect for cozying up on a chilly evening with a bottle of wine and great conversation. Nearby, another sofa and a pair of armchairs face the large HDTV- ideal for those that want to catch the game or a favorite movie. Still another pairing of armchairs faces the windows and the once-in-a-lifetime vistas.

The quaint 11-room Manitou Lodge sits along the banks of the San Miguel River and is just a block from the Telluride town gondola. All rooms have a TV and mini-fridge. Amenities include wireless internet, ski lockers and a shared indoor hot tub overlooking the river.
