445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen feature big, sunny views of the ski area and a south-facing deck with a gas grill. The great room is perfect for entertaining large groups. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. An Aspen forest and decks surround this classic Ski Ranch cabin! Enjoy lots of privacy from this home located in a local community. The winding roads make for a change of scenery at every turn. Wildlife spotting is the norm for the neighborhood! The Classic Ski Ranch Cabin's first floor has a kitchen where you will also be dining at the island. A beautiful antique Art Deco chandelier hangs over the island. Off the kitchen is a sitting/living room with a large couch with a memory foam sofa sleeper, a big comfy chair, and a wood stove, a totally cozy spot.

The ground floor media room has a large sectional sofa, access to the patio, and a gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights. Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.
