586 West Pacific Avenue is a perfectly located home in downtown Telluride, two blocks from the Gondola and one block from Chair 7. Its rustic, reclaimed barnwood exterior is juxtaposed with a contemporary, high-end interior. A 200 square foot heated deck provides for year-round use with great views of the mountain. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace in the living area, in-floor radiant heating, and a laundry room.

The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds. Other features of Centrum include a tile mudroom, underground parking and ski lockers.
