Step into this five level, 5-bedroom, 6.5 bath Le Praz town home and experience one of Telluride's most luxurious rental properties. This exquisite property has a movie theater, an elevator, direct ski in/ski out access, gorgeous westerly views and an enviable Mountain Village core location. On the lowest level of the property (level one) is the movie theater, kids’ bunk room and ski storage room. The movie theater seats up to 12 guests and has a selection of over 100 movies. The kids’ bunk room has two sets of bunk beds, with a three quarter bath in the hallway. Level two contains a king guest suite with private bath, a laundry room, and access to the garage where there is parking for one vehicle.
