The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away! Just a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants, it is also one block from one of the area's trendiest bars, a wine store, a popular restaurant, and the beautiful San Miguel River trail.

Backed by the beautiful San Sophia Ridgeline in Mountain Village, Petra Domus is a 3,300 square foot, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath stone home in an incredible mountain setting. The spacious great room has vaulted ceilings, wood beam detail, a massive stone fireplace and plenty of cozy living space. The Lorian complex is comprised of multi-level condominiums that have incredible views of the San Sofia Ridge and Sneffels mountain range, or the expansive Wilson Mesa vista. Located just above Mountain Village Boulevard on San Joaquin Road in Mountain Village, there is easy on-grade ski access to the Double Cabins ski run, literally across the street. It is also a short walk to the Gondola and Mountain Market grocery store. From there, jump on the Gondola for a 4-minute aerial ride to the Core of Mountain Village where you'll find restaurants and shops, as well as the Ski School meeting area. Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a year-round outdoor hot tub, a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is the perfect place for your group to gather as it features a pool table, poker table, ping-pong, and sitting area with stone fireplace.

Located at the base of Lift 7 in the Town of Telluride, Cimarron #9 couldn’t be more convenient! Cimarron #9 is a true ski-in/ski-out property. This one-bedroom/2-bath condo has plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. Cimarron #9 is a spacious one-bedroom ski condo with 864 square feet. The San Miguel River meanders behind the complex. The River Trail is a sweet way to walk into town or take Pacific Ave. to the center of town. Or, if you are weary from a long day of skiing or hiking, Grab the Galloping Goose, the free in-town shuttle that circles the town. The Galloping Goose has a pickup point right at the complex on Black Bear Road.

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.
