Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

Nestled among a grove of evergreens in Mountain Village, Palmyra Pines is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cabin perfect for every season. Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Step out the door of your Pacific Street Townhome and enjoy everything Telluride has to offer in just a few moments’ walk. These well-appointed, contemporary residences are located three blocks from Telluride’s Main Street and two blocks from the gondola station. Level three features the main living area with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and huge windows with magnificent views toward a beginner ski run. The dining table seats ten and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. There is also a half bath on this level, as well as a king guest suite with private bath. The VIP suite occupies the entire fourth floor of the residence. It has two full-sized beds and a large private bath. The top level of the town home, level five, features the deluxe master suite with a king sized bed, a small Juliette balcony, and master bath with steam shower and separate tub. A private outdoor hot tub on level two completes this luxury residence.
