Ajax Peak Unit C is a thoughtfully laid out and quality built condominium in a great location directly on a Colorado Avenue south-facing corner as you enter the Historic Landmark District of Telluride. It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on three levels, providing privacy for each of the bedrooms. The great room, dining and kitchen area have a gas fireplace, slate floors and an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with wooden trusses and views to the west, north and east providing great light throughout the day. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully outfitted for gourmet cooking. Off the great room to the west is a large deck for relaxing in the western sun with a gas grill.

Located at the base of Lift 7 in the Town of Telluride, Cimarron #9 couldn’t be more convenient! Cimarron #9 is a true ski-in/ski-out property. This one-bedroom/2-bath condo has plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. Cimarron #9 is a spacious one-bedroom ski condo with 864 square feet. The San Miguel River meanders behind the complex. The River Trail is a sweet way to walk into town or take Pacific Ave. to the center of town. Or, if you are weary from a long day of skiing or hiking, Grab the Galloping Goose, the free in-town shuttle that circles the town. The Galloping Goose has a pickup point right at the complex on Black Bear Road.

This modern 3-bedroom private home is conveniently located just outside Telluride, along the "forever wild" Valley Floor. The Valley Floor is Telluride's most pristine area, forever protected from development. This area features wildlife throughout the year and you will often see elk, hawks and coyotes from the home. The Valley Floor has nice hiking and biking opportunities as well as SUP'ing the river. There are also groomed cross country skiing tracks in the winter season. You are just a 5-minute drive to downtown Telluride and skiing - or a 10-minute bike ride along the bike path. This home is also on the free Galloping Goose shuttle route.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

The Highlands Way home is a 5 bedroom 6.5 bath masterpiece that includes amenities like a private gym, 8-person saltwater hot tub, and a media room with a pool table, ping-pong table and foosball. The adjacent breakfast nook offers a cozy dining experience with leather couches, large arched windows and flat-screen TV. In the formal dining room, an antler chandelier is at the center of the long dining table. An opulent retreat on its own floor, the master suite at Hord Retreat features a dual-sided fireplace that warms both the bedroom and the separate den, home to a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The adjoining master bath is outstanding, and features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub with superb views. For your convenience, the master bath has its own washer and dryer. A great place for youngsters, the bunk room has four oversized bunk beds, flat-screen TV and private bath. The second master suite has a private entrance and deck, as well as its own bath with steam shower. The fourth bedroom homes a queen bed and bath with Jacuzzi and steam shower. The fifth bedroom has a king that can be split into two twin beds. With a billiard table, flat-screen TV with Wii and shuffleboard, the game room is a fun getaway at Hord Retreat.
