Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. Located at the base of Lift 7 in the Town of Telluride, Cimarron #9 couldn’t be more convenient! Cimarron #9 is a true ski-in/ski-out property. This one-bedroom/2-bath condo has plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. Cimarron #9 is a spacious one-bedroom ski condo with 864 square feet. The San Miguel River meanders behind the complex. The River Trail is a sweet way to walk into town or take Pacific Ave. to the center of town. Or, if you are weary from a long day of skiing or hiking, Grab the Galloping Goose, the free in-town shuttle that circles the town. The Galloping Goose has a pickup point right at the complex on Black Bear Road.
