Muscatel Flats Condominiums perch on the banks of the San Miguel River, across from the Telluride Town Park. Winter in Town Park offers ice-skating at the Hanley Rink, sledding, and Nordic skiing. The Galloping Goose has a pickup point right at the complex on Black Bear Road.

Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride.
