Conveniently located just steps from the lifts at Taos Ski Valley as well as restaurants, nightlife and shopping, the Alpine Village Suites provide a warm and welcoming ambiance. Decorated with Southwestern décor, large windows, exposed wood beams and 360 degree views of Alpine Village, the Alpine Village Suites offers 26 rooms that sleep anywhere from two to six people and can be adjoined for larger groups. All rooms feature a kitchenette, TV with DVD, full baths and telephones. Outside you’ll find a large outdoor fireplace as well as a large outdoor hot tub that provide the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day on the slopes.

Tranquility and relaxation await you at Mesa Vista Studio, a classic Adobe-style duplex studio situated on sprawling, zero-scaped grounds with 360-degree desert and mountain views. Restaurants, parks, museums and galleries lie just 10 minutes away in the lively town of Taos, and the slopes of Taos Ski Valley are accessible in less than 30 minutes. Tastefully decorated in a modern style, this studio home boasts serene spaces inside and out. The private patio features expansive views of Taos, and the French doors off the living and dining areas open onto a lovely deck overlooking miles of rolling sagebrush landscape. Savor your morning coffee while taking in spectacular panoramas from the charming park bench or on one of two breakfast chairs. A BBQ grill allows for easy, home cooked-dinners, while an outdoor fire pit sets the scene for cozy evenings with a glass of wine.

Nestled at the base of Boynton Canyon reside 218 casita guestrooms and suites. Designed in a Southwestern motif, each casita draws inspiration from Sedona’s iconic landscapes. Tembion 1 is on the second level of a three level home within walking distance of the base area, and is a great home for large groups or families on a ski getaway. The home has 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and an additional half bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a queen and one bunk bed set as well as a TV. The third bedroom has one king (bridgeable twins), a bunk bed set, and a TV. The last bedroom has 1 queen and one twin bed. There is an open living area combining the dining room and living area with a fireplace and large wall-mounted TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room to cook full meals. A shared hot tub and sauna are located on the first level. This home is also equipped with a gas burning fireplace, laundry room with large washer and dryer, and ski and snowboard storage. A 14-pair boot dryer has recently been installed for the ski season! If you need additional space Tembion 2 can also be rented comfortably sleeping 19 or totaling 14 separate beds.

Supremely functional, each unit includes three bedrooms, featuring two king beds and two twins, three bathrooms and a powder room. Owner's storage is accommodated discreetly under the entry window seat, and generously on the owner's level – the fully divisible third floor suite. Each unit incorporates locally sourced materials, such as dead-standing timbers and locally inspired themes. The feature wall in the living room, timber framing and stainless steel firebox cladding all recall the valley's mining tradition. Beginning in the mudroom, galvanized steel panels and baseboards are a feature throughout. A refined rusticity permeates the whole. This chalet is perfect for a group a friends or a large family to enjoy all of what Taos and the Taos Valley Ski area have to offer. The chalet also offers a gas fireplace and wireless internet, and is within walking distance to ski lift #4.

This stylish upper level unit is a 5 minute walk to the base area, making it a convenient location for guests wishing to go skiing. A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Tembion 2 has one king bed in one bedroom and a queen with a bunk bed set in the other- comfortably allowing it to sleep 6 people. Each bedroom also has a TV. It has an open living area containing the dining and living room. The living room has a wall mounted TV with DISH Network and a gorgeous stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals and includes a coffee maker and Keurig. It also has a large washer and dryer for your laundry needs. This unit shares the hot tub and dry sauna on the first level. Ski and snowboard storage is also provided on the first level, along with a 14 pair ski boot dryer. To maintain the integrity of this property, we are not able to allow smoking or pets.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features a newly renovated kitchen and open living, dining and kitchen areas. The home is also just a 5 minute walk to the base area, making it a convenient escape for winter visitors who wish to go skiing. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, one of which has a king bed. The other bedroom offers two twin beds. One upper level bedroom has 1 king, while the other has a queen bed with two twins. The loft area has a twin bed with a trundle, as well as the washer and dryer. The living area offers a gorgeous stone fireplace, a satellite TV, and plenty of seating, so that large families can enjoy nights in. Firewood is provided. There is also a gas grill and a propane gas stove, and the kitchen offers breakfast bar seating. Please note that this home has had pets.

The Arroyo Seco studio is a beautiful, bright space to compliment your exciting stay in Taos Ski Valley. This interesting studio-style home is located near the village of Arroyo Seco and is just a 20 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley and the Town of Taos. Vaulted ceilings and plenty of light make the space feel open and spacious, and southwest décor adds a wonderful warmth to the studio. With a queen bed on the main floor and two twin beds in the loft, this unit is perfect for families or small groups and sleeps up to 5 guests. There is a charming full bathroom with gorgeous traditional Mexican tile. A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven kettle, and cookware will prepare you for all of your dining needs.

These private mountain residences range in size from sleeping 10 people to sleeping four. Some are 1.5 miles away from the lifts whereas one is ski-in/ski-out. You can customize your stay based on what you and your group need. All the private residences give you the sense that you are in the European Alps when you are enjoying Taos, one of the few skiing only resorts left in the U.S.
