Located close to downtown Ketchum, this 2-story A-Frame style cottage will sleep up to 6 guests. This cottage has so much to offer. Private hot tub, fenced yard, walking distance to shopping and dining, and is pet friendly. On the main level is a great room with a gas fireplace and sitting area and dining table that seats 6. There is access to the backyard and patio area with a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the counter. One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and combination shower/tub. There is a stack washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom.

Originally built to Averell Harriman’s specifications, the Harriman Cottage was reconstructed in 2004 on the edge of Sun Valley Lake. The private residence sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk away from Sun Valley Village, Lodge and Inn, and with stunning views across the lake to Bald Mountain. Exquisitely furnished, this 3,025 square foot luxury house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on the main floor, designed around a large, sunny, central dining and living room. There are two en suite master bedrooms, one with fireplace and small adjoining bedroom/study. Each of the three guest rooms, has two twin beds and a separate bath. The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bay that seats six. On the lower level, there is a separate den for work or play with its own desk, seating area and wide-screen TV. A beautifully landscaped stone terrace with mountain and pond views and a gas grill is located off the living room. A breezeway off the front entry leads to a two-car garage. The Harriman Home also has high-speed internet, premium cable, HDTV, DVR and DVD. Full Sun Valley amenities with use of year-round heated pools, a hot tub and sauna are included.

Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home. Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. From the spacious master suite, wake up to beautiful mountain views from the king poster bed. This suite also includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The second master suite also features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and desk area. The home has 2 additional guest bedrooms that both have en suite baths. The duplex-style townhomes are full of warmth and color, coziness and current furnishings, to give the townhomes a like-home feel. There is a river rock gas fireplace in the living room and a separate family room. Located 1 ½ blocks to lifts, 6 blocks to downtown, and adjacent to the area-wide paved bike path. The fully equipped kitchen is a cooks nirvana stocked with fine appliances, equipment and utensils. You will also find a private double garage, an outdoor private hot tub and gas grill on patio.

The Wood River Inn is located in the heart of Hailey, Idaho, 12 miles from the Sun Valley Ski area. Their spacious and well-appointed accommodations are designed with comfort in mind. The Wood River Inn offers numerous amenities including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, business center, fitness center, and a pet-friendly environment.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.
