This is a newly remodeled centrally located in Ketchum. The 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 2 story Townhome with 3600 sqft. of living space will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with 85 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The ceilings are high which bring in great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.

Take in the scenery from your Ridge condominium, with beautiful golf course and mountain views. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and washer/dryer. The living room, with vaulted ceiling, opens to a generous deck. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. This luxury tri-level West Ketchum townhome has 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths and will sleep up to 6 guests. As you enter the townhome there is a hallway to the right with full size bath with single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet. Down the hall is one of the 3 bedrooms. It has twin size bunk bed and 36 inch flat screen TV. Access to the one car garage is located on this level.

Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.

The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless.
