The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. Just minutes away from downtown Ketchum, these condos are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area. These units sit in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

This one bedroom, one bath condo is located near Warm Springs and sleeps 4 people comfortably! The kitchen, which has new appliances, granite counter tops, and 4 bar stools, is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and ample lighting. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There is a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and all the streaming apps. Basic cable is also provided. The balcony is off the living room with outdoor furniture to enjoy. The condo also features a smart speaker for listening to your favorite music or audio. Townsend Lodge (112 Garnet) is on a quiet street in old Ketchum. This wonderful 2,200 square foot log home, which looks out on a large open field, offers spectacular views of Mount Baldy - Ketchum’s main ski area. The great room is a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room table for 8 and a small library/sitting area. The two master bedrooms each have king beds and their own baths. French doors open out to a deck to the backyard and a spacious slate-lined hot tub. Down the hall, there is an additional queen bedroom and an Adirondack style bunk room which comfortably sleeps 4. Both bedrooms share a hallway bath close by. Amenities include a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, 4 televisions (one 40” high definition flat screen,) 2 DVD players, CD player with iPod dock, Sony Playstation 2, and a gas grill.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
