Christie Peak Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out house located on the Stampede trail and underneath the Christie Peak Chair Lift. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, this home offers two living spaces, open kitchen, billiard room, private hot tub, large wrap around deck and can accommodate a group or families of up to 12 people. This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Storm Meadows at Christie Base is located directly off the Right-O-Way ski trail at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property and can ski directly back to their building. This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south valley. These large studio, one, two, three and four bedroom condominiums are located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres ski activities, shops, restaurants and nightlife just a short walk away.
