Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

This fantastic 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome at Chadwick Estate Villas sleeps 10 people and features an open living room with nice light, a stunning gas fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather couch. The adjacent gourmet kitchen and dining area offer state-of-the art appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats eight, as well as access to a spacious outdoor deck with a grill and nice Emerald Mountain and down-valley views. An in-house elevator whisks you to the various levels of this townhome. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed and gas fireplace. The spacious en-suite bath features a beautifully tiled steam shower and luxurious deep-soak tub. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath. Downstairs, a rec room offers another great place to hang out, with games table, flat-screen TV with DVD player, wet bar, mini-fridge and dishwasher. A large washer and dryer are located on this level as well. The bottom level of this townhome includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with two twin bunk beds. The Crosstimbers Townhomes are ideally located just two blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola. Stroll to shops and restaurants in Gondola Square and Torian Plum Plaza at the base of the ski resort. These sunny multi-level townhomes have spacious living and dining areas, and views of the southern Steamboat valley and Flattops mountain range through large windows and private balconies. At the end of the day, relax in the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. In-unit amenities include private balconies, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and two-car garage.

Emerald Vista is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home that sits high on the hillside and enjoys gorgeous views of Emerald Mountain. It’s located perfectly in-between downtown Steamboat Springs and the Steamboat Ski Resort, offering easy access to all your summer and winter adventures. This incredibly comfortable home boasts polished wood floors throughout, lots of natural light, and modern finishes mixed with mountain elements and inviting living spaces. Upstairs on the main level, the lovely sunlit great room offers a nice flow. Views from the living room take in iconic Howelsen Hill and the locals favorite Nordic and biking trails on Emerald Mountain. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need. In the dining area the horn chandelier adds a fun touch of western style and a nice centerpiece over the dining table which can seat up to eight. Glass doors lead out to the deck and back yard. The tiled entry area on the lower floor offers access to the attached 2-car heated garage, which has a games area at one end, with a ping-pong table and air hockey table.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

The Trails at Storm Meadows maintain a quieter, more secluded atmosphere just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski area base. Guests enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. These beautiful condominiums offer spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat ski slopes from a large private balcony. A private scheduled shuttle to the ski area base and downtown is also available to guests at The Trails.
