The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Chalet Veranda is a gem of a home in the ultra-convenient Porches neighbourhood in Steamboat Springs. This four-bedroom town home boasts a beautiful open living space perfect for the whole family to gather at the end of the day. The floor-to-ceiling fireplace is the centrepiece of the gathering space of the home. This main level features the living room open to the kitchen with plentiful bar seating and a lovely dining table to seat up to 8 guests.

Dala Horse Lodge is a chic home with a contemporary Scandinavian vibe. The home’s open, welcoming spaces are perfect for celebrating life’s pleasures with friends or family on a mountain vacation. The iconic and beloved Swedish Dala horse, for which the home is named, is gifted for life celebrations to bring luck and happiness. The spacious main level is awash with natural light. Skyfall Ridge at Edgemont offers spectacular ski access to Steamboat’s mountain and a relaxing private setting for a family or couples ski trip. This stylishly appointed two bedroom residence at Edgemont offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access and great views of the ski mountain and the pristine Yampa Valley. Mountain living is at its best relaxing before a fireplace after a day of adventure on skis. Skyfall Ridge invites you to do just that with a native Colorado sandstone fireplace providing the perfect setting as the alpenglow lights up the snowy views around you. The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining at home a cinch. For meals together there is seating for 6 at the dining room table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms. The master offers a King bed with fireplace. The second bedroom offers two full bunk beds. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.

Evergreens townhomes are located within two blocks of the Steamboat ski area. Each unit has a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, in unit washer/dryer, 1-car garage and private deck with amazing views. Take advantage of the complimentary on-call winter shuttles taking guests to skiing, shopping, dining and other area activities. After a great day on the slopes relax in the common area outdoor hot tub and heated pool.

Cimarron consists of five bedroom units in the log post and beam style. Located a few blocks from the slopes, each townhome offers over 3,000 square feet, a two car garage, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and much more.
