The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Morningside Ridge is a spectacular 3 bedroom residence at Edgemont. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run, close to the Steamboat mountain village. Edgemont is one of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions. Its location, literally on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area, places it just above the base area village. The Morningside Ridge Residence has panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest with the gondola passing by in the foreground. The interior design of this delightful three bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern-mountain feel. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Getting on and off the slopes couldn’t be easier with ski lockers located next to the slopes. On request winter shuttle service makes for easy access to everything locally and avoids the need for renting a car.

Perched high above the valley, Watchtower Chalet offers breathtaking views. This newly remodeled haven stuns with its warm, inviting ambiance. Striking brass hardware, light wood features, and earthy, soft grays, browns and cream colors throughout the residence exude warmth. The main living area is on the second level of the home where cathedral ceilings and tall windows let the light flood in. Gather in front of the towering fireplace or soak in the scenery from the wrap-around deck. The centerpiece of the gourmet kitchen is a large island with bar seating for 6. The adjacent dining table seats 8 guests.

Elkstone Chalet is a delightful and luxurious townhome located close to the ski mountain village. Beautifully furnished throughout with many recent upgrades, this home is spread out over multiple levels offering space and privacy for everyone. There is a mountain or valley view from almost every window. The cozy media room offers a large 65" flat screen TV and sound bar to take movie night to another level or enjoy games on the Xbox. Also included is a game room with foosball. Step out on the deck to take in the view and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail. The gas BBQ makes it easy to grill out. The private outdoor hot tub on the patio is the ultimate retreat to relax and unwind. If you bring a car you have access to the heated 2-car garage that also includes boot warmers and lockers for skis, snowboards and gear. The laundry with washer and dryer makes it easy to keep luggage to a minimum.

This luxury 2-bedroom residence feels and lives bigger than you’d think with an en-suite master bedroom on one side and a second en-suite split king bedroom on the other side of your spacious living & dining room. The living room is the perfect place to enjoy the fantastic view and cozy up to the inviting sandstone fireplace after a fun day on the slopes. Ski access is so easy with a slopeside ski locker room. With large windows, an open floor plan and high ceilings, Wildhorse Chalet is a comfortable retreat for one or two families after a day's adventures on the mountain. It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes. In addition, you can take advantage of all the amenities next door at Trailhead Lodge. These include a fitness room, outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, game room, gondola to the base, seasonal shuttle and more.
