The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Perched high above the valley, Watchtower Chalet offers breathtaking views. This newly remodeled haven stuns with its warm, inviting ambiance. The main living area is on the second level of the home where cathedral ceilings and tall windows let the light flood in. Gather in front of the towering fireplace or soak in the scenery from the wrap-around deck. The centerpiece of the gourmet kitchen is a large island with bar seating for 6. The adjacent dining table seats 8 guests.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

While The Olympian is unique for its architectural integrity and its prime downtown location, a few features make it stand out from any other property in town. These large and spacious units average more than 1,600 square feet in size, with balconies overlooking the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. The Olympian features mountain contemporary interiors, including granite slab counters, stainless steel appliances and exposed timber. The exterior combines brick and stone elements. The home is equipped with an elevator, however the spectacular mountain views are best enjoyed via the stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends alongside a four story window. The main floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area, which has seating for 12. Downstairs on the mid-level there is an additional kitchen, dining, and living area. Five bedrooms, spread over three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level has a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant Mountain. There is a third master suite and a queen suite, each featuring a private en suite bath. A sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on the lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is home to a covered deck with hot tub. Half baths are conveniently located on all three living levels adjacent to living areas.
