The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The Iron Oak Duplex is a contemporary seven bedroom, five and one-half bath home on three levels that can accommodate up to sixteen people, making it the perfect place for small groups or family gatherings. The main floor has a large, conveniently arranged kitchen and dining area that is open to the formal living area a half-level below. Sliding glass doors open from the kitchen to a deck with a private hot tub and fabulous views of the ski slopes. Downstairs is a huge game room that is the perfect place for kids to be active…there's even a foosball table! The house has an attached a two-car garage, but having your own vehicle is not necessary as the free city shuttle stops just a few yards away. This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.
