The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

The Holiday Inn Steamboat, is conveniently located between the world famous Steamboat Ski Area and downtown Steamboat Springs, surrounded by Routt National Forest. Winter Castle is a delightful, large (4,500 square foot) home, bursting with Colorado charm, close to the ski area base, ideal for two or three families, with beds for up to 16 guests. Located on the mountain in a private neighborhood, Winter Castle offers privacy along with great access to skiing just minutes from your door. This home has rich mountain accents; large beams, reclaimed wood floors, custom antler railings and a stone fireplace to create a cozy luxury lodge. Your home-away-from-home includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV and gas fireplace, providing a comfortable airy setting for living, dining, and entertaining. It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. The lower level has a king bedroom with private bath and two king bedrooms that share a bath. On the upper level is another king with shared bath and a bunk room that has two sets of bunks and two trundle beds to sleep up to 6 guests – ideal for kids. Winter Castle offers covered parking although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.
