The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. From the deck, you have beautiful views looking down the valley from one side and straight up the ski mountain from the other. Union Grande is a combination of two neighboring homes, Kingdom House and Borough House, that together accommodate up to 17 guests. Each of these newly built homes are full of light, modern amenities, chic furnishings, and topped off with spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and firepits. The second level of the homes are where guests will gather in the spacious main living areas with gas fireplaces and gourmet kitchens complete with gleaming professional grade appliances and large islands.

This custom-built Montana log home sits upon a mountain ridge and offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.

First Tracks at Wildhorse is just steps away from the Wildhorse Gondola. Guests at these condos enjoy complimentary access to the next door Trailhead Lodge complex which has an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and outdoor barbeque area. The Iron Oak Duplex is a contemporary seven bedroom, five and one-half bath home on three levels that can accommodate up to sixteen people, making it the perfect place for small groups or family gatherings. The main floor has a large, conveniently arranged kitchen and dining area that is open to the formal living area a half-level below. Sliding glass doors open from the kitchen to a deck with a private hot tub and fabulous views of the ski slopes. Downstairs is a huge game room that is the perfect place for kids to be active…there's even a foosball table! The house has an attached a two-car garage, but having your own vehicle is not necessary as the free city shuttle stops just a few yards away. The convenient location and spacious layout of this home make it a wonderful choice for your stay in Steamboat.
